Scott Edwards
Scott Edwards is the Director of BuildAlliance. He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor (BSc) and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS), with over 10 years’ experience in construction and real estate.
Scott has held senior roles at Network Rail, Arcadis and Urban&Civic, gaining extensive experience across residential development, strategic infrastructure, public sector projects and commercial development.
His professional background spans project management, cost and commercial management, procurement, contract administration and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on managing risk and protecting value throughout the development lifecycle.
Scott founded BuildAlliance to make good quality development accessible to everyday organisations — particularly those without the in‑house experience or scale of large development corporations.
Known for a calm, collected and reliable approach, Scott is consistently attentive to commercial implications and motivated to unlock high‑impact projects that maximise value — whether commercial, social or economic — for clients and the wider community.
