BuildAlliance is a director‑led consultancy led by Scott Edwards, a qualified Quantity Surveyor (BSc) and Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS). Scott brings over 10 years’ experience across construction and real estate, having held roles at organisations including Network Rail, Arcadis and the UK' largest Master Developer, Urban&Civic.
The practice was established to make good quality development accessible to everyday organisations - particularly those without the in‑house experience or scale of large development corporations, while still requiring commercial clarity, structure and accountable client‑side leadership.
